1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions made through websites, landing pages, or services operated by Riffs and Rhythm“You” refers to the customer purchasing products or services.“We” refers to Riffs and Rhythm, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Age Restrictions

You must be:

Over 16 to purchase digital or physical products
Over 18 to purchase services (e.g. coaching, workshops, live events)

If we discover that a customer does not meet these age requirements, access will be revoked, any purchases refunded, and products returned if applicable.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where necessary.

4. Pricing

All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT (where applicable).Prices may change at any time, but the rate you pay will be confirmed at checkout.

Delivery charges (if applicable) are added at checkout and shown before payment.

5. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order, including for pre-order products.

We accept:

Major debit and credit cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard)
Payments are securely processed by Stripe

We do not accept American Express.

6. Delivery

Digital products will be delivered via email or your online account access.Physical goods (if offered) will be sent to the delivery address provided. Please ensure all details are accurate.

Responsibility passes to you once the product is dispatched. In the case of a lost or delayed item, we’ll do our best to resolve it or issue a refund if covered under warranty.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

In accordance with UK law:

You have a 14-day cooling-off period for most digital and physical products (unless the digital product has been downloaded or accessed)
Services (e.g. coaching) may be refundable if cancelled before delivery begins

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

Your data is handled in compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

By placing an order or joining our newsletter, you consent to us storing and using your personal data to:

Process your order
Provide access to products or services
Send you relevant information or offers (you can unsubscribe at any time)

You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
